I used to be 310 lbs and currently I'm 209, I want to reach 180 just 30 pounds to go.
We will make it its just a matter of time.

I'm also 10 months out and I've lost 102 lbs!!!!.I thought my loss is slow,but I'm glad to find that we are on the same range.

5 months out and I still struggle!
But at this point it doesn't hurt, it just goes by to quickly. If I eat to fast I don't even get the satisfaction of enjoying the meal before I'm done then I'm left with a "what the heck" feeling
Best advice slow down and do better than I.

Gassing the room is short term and will get better. Not!!! Over nine months out and still gassy all the time. Was fun at first until I realized I was no longer in middle school. The dog also refused to be my scapegoat any longer. lol.

Yes, it's funny how we're way harder on ourselves now I feel like that big girl still trying on little people clothes and hoping my skin suit will fall off! I often wonder if our skin will tighten with exercise and my front bum will go away or at least that what I call it, and I often wonder if the skin under my as is going to help me take flight when I wave...

First of all thank you so much! I feel great, and can't wait for the rest to disappear, but learning that my small goals are more attainable
There should be a little + icon at the top right corner when you go to reply to a thread or start a new thread, you click on that and it should, take you to another screen where it's add from library or camera, choose one and voila
