  7. Never, This surgery did help me to lose all this weight and i'm grateful. But in return it cost me my stomach and a few scars. I don't really care about those scars but the stomach i really care about. I'm trying to bulk and its very hard with my small stomach. I'm 10 months post up and I can't eat enough amount of Protein. I jog 5k everyday in under 30 mins. I really didn't knew I had it in me. If i only pushed myself before doing the surgery. I would've done it alone Its not that i'm not grateful but I could've done it naturally.
  8. I started going to college 2 weeks after my surgery, never really had any problem. just getting late for class because my friends finally noticed that I've changed and lost weight
  9. What's your favorite exercise, Why and did you think you could do it before your weight loss journey?

  12. You should slow down, but your fine If you have a leak you will notice believe me. you will feel strong pain and a high heart beat and probably pass out. I never heard that someone got a leak from drinking too much liquid.
  13.    No game reacted to a post in a topic: Very thirsty. I can drink more than normal?
  14. It depends, how long did u do your surgery. I wouldn't recommend drinking a lot of water you may get a leak. just drink small sips of water, and make sure you are eating, maybe you're just hungry
  15. Its very normal for your weight loss to stop at some point. At one month I only lost around 3 lbs and the next months I lost 15 lbs. Just make sure you're not starving yourself and keep drinking Water. walk 20 mins if the doctor allowed it. Good luck!!
  16.    Joe I reacted to a post in a topic: what do you eat for breakfast?
  17. I eat boiled egg too, Its not that hard to disgust and contains protein and healthy fats.
  18. There is a lot of protein types, you can make at home by blinding fruits and milk. Or you can get protein powder, like whey protein which is taken from milk. It's personal preference, I recommend natural protein smoothies you can find recipes in the Internet.
  19. I used to be 310 lbs and currently I'm 209, I want to reach 180 just 30 pounds to go. We will make it its just a matter of time.
  20. I believe VSG is much better, i'm 10 months post op, and I can't understand why people even think about RNY. I lost 100lbs and almost no muscle lost. so losing muscles should not be your concern. And believe me once you lose weight you will never wanna go back. you just have to stay motivated.
  21. Its great to do your research before the surgery, try and gather as much information as you can. better be safe than sorry.
  22. Thanks for the information, It happens to me about twice a week. especially at lunch. Im glad its nothing serious. That damn slime
  23. Thanks buddy, I'm glad to find someone around my stats. We will do this Thanks guys
  24. Joe I started following Mohammed Alshamsi
  25. I can't bring food, even if i did it won't last me 40days. I will try to get a description to bring my Vitamins with me, they give me a little boost.
