I'm Mexican too... So far I've had enchiladas, pozole and menudo (light hominy) but very small plate. No problems

What is "mfp"? -
My doctor also suggested probiotics because I would get a lot of gas... they really help.

I also have BC/BS and my approval was super fast... and not many requirements. I was sleeved on 8/8

I was sleeved on 8/8/2012... My pain out of surgery was a 5... 3 days out I was off pain meds. My doctor gave me medication prior to surgery so I wouldn't feel any nausea after surgery. That really helped... Nothing at all!

My doctor tested me for all 3 weeks post op... I will get tested again at 3 months post op. -
