    Pre-Operative Liquid Diet

    Hello!! I started my liquid diet on Tuesday and it's going ok. Having a protein shake in the morning, water throughout the day with soup for lunch and dinner. I've also had a smoothie protein shake mid-afternoon. I've been working late this week to try and have everything done so it's been late when I leave the office. You are so right about it being the physical acto of putting something in your mouth.

    Plantar Fascitis

    Wow, I know how terribly painly PF is, I have it in both feet. Actually had surgery on my left foot in 2009 and it's fine now but my right foot is not. It is a very painful and unbearable most of the time. Have you seen a podiatrist? If not, I would suggest doing so. My podiatrist provided me with special velcro type braces that fit over my ankle and heel which I sleep in and it really helps to take the pressue off and make it through the day. Hopefully after surgery and getting my weight down I'm hoping that some of the pain will go away and I won't have to have surgery on the right foot. Best of luck to you.

    Here are a Herbalife shakes. I love the product. Aloha Delight 1 cup of low fat milk or soy milk 2 tablespoons Formula 1 vanilla 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract 1/2 teaspoon pineapple extract 1 tablespoon orange juice 3 ice cubes Combine all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve chilled, garnished with fresh pineapple and a sprig of mint. Excellent source of Vitamin C, B1, B2, B1, Iron and Calcium. Good source of Vitamin A and B6.     Hi there!!! I'll be at Doctor's Hospital. My insurance requires that I have my surgery at a Center of Excellence and Forest Park has not achieved that standing as of yet since it's so new. I've found that I really like the Herbalife Protein drinks. My cousin is distributor and I love the recipes. They really are good...example "Butterfinger" taste like a butterfinger candy bar. I'll be happy to email you the recipes and give you her informaiton you are interested. My personal email is msgeorgestrait1@yahoo.com if you are interested. Yes I LOVE George Strait!!! By doing the Herbalife this will definitely help me with my liquids and help satisfy me since I can add in the Meal Replacement powder and extra protein.
