How many of you got to WLS support groups? I'm able to attend 3-4 a month and very rarely miss out. We cheer each other on and help the pre-op patients with support and questions. I find this extremely helpful and so do those that attend regularly.

Doing laundry and last minute things, getting my bag ready I go in tomorrow. I am so scared and thinking OMG is this the right thing to do? Every 5 minutes I'm talking to God in my head, praying that it goes well.

Had a great weekend at cape cod with my hubbyman, very relaxing and rejuvenating. I took 2 long walks both saturday and sunday, it felt good, but now my knee is killing me, but im not letting it stop me. I am going to keep going!!!

I'm being released!! Other than feeling a bit weak and wonky, I feel good! Pain is controllable and nausea is very, very minimal. Gas pains, when they shift, are awful, though. Oh, and my whole body is swollen, especially my face, from all the IV fluids I received. Thanks for all the prayers and good thoughts! Hope you are all doing well. ❤

Back at work and have been coming in early. I had 405 emails that I didn't read when I was on break but had to catch up on so I spent the whole day doing that and an impromptu meeting, plus, taught a class. Can't believe I made it through the entire day!

good morning , so today is day 4 of liquid diet ...i must confess i cheated last night .. had the biggest craving for a whopper with zesty sauce!! i gave in and now i feel horrible

My husband went out and bought me the Nutribullet. Love it! However, in my haste to eat puréed foods, I made some guacamole and puréed it to death on to be able to only to not even eat one spoonful. Gas too bad. I'll try with just avocados and Greek yogurt only next time.

what liquids did you like the most on the liquid diets what did you eat?? going shopping tonight and have no idea what to get for it help me please!
