Hi!,
I'm Doug Wells, currently 60 years young and just over 5 months since my VSG on 9/10/13. I found this site from the hook I purchased that was the best primer on Sleeve surgery.
I have fought with my weight and paired medical problems all my life or so it seems. Like all of you I have lost and gained hundreds and hundreds of pounds.
I look at this site as an extension of lifelines. I attend WLS Group meetings about three times a month. I look at those meetings as my touchstone to my mental health. If you look at my Journey story there is much more written there.
