Could it be that my sleeve is completely healed and now the swelling went away ? Please help ! I ate half of a wrap chicken salad, threw away the wrap and just ate the chicken salad on thursday but have been in pain since then, maybe i over ate or it was too heavy for me ?
next week will be 3 months of having surgery and I find myself without ENERGY, with no desire to do anything, not sure what the problem is but IM NERVOUS, I need to give my weight loss a push but can't seem to get ANY ENERGY at all.
My feet and hands are always cold too, not sure what that is all about either.
Does anyone have any suggestions for me ? Will see surgeon tomorrow and plan on telling him what it's going on.
not loosing weight like others have, this friday the 19th It will be my 1 month anniversary and have only lost 14lbs, total 25lbs since the pre-surgery diet.
could i be doing something wrong ? please get back to me with some feedback.
I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE HAS EXPERIENCED NAUSEA AND COLD SWEATS AFTER EATING FOOD, IT HAPPENED TWICE TO ME ALREADY AND NOT SURE WHY IM FEELING THIS WAY.
I'm having Danon Light and Fit yogurt with the protein shake an hour before in the AM. Then i have tuna or chicken salad with 4 crackers for lunch, then if i want something else i have sf Jello or have a piece of string cheese, for dinner i have my protein shake and maybe some chicken broth. I'm definitely not eating that much but no weight loss this week.
Could i be doing something wrong ?? Please get back to me, i would love to hear everyone's opinion regarding the food intake and what you all have experienced.
So like i said above, this week I'm going though PMS and i've noticed that the entire week I've been hungry or with the need to eat. Has anyone gone through this, I actually ate all day long today and it's driving me crazy bc I've read that it's not supposed to be like this at all.
So had my sleeve done on 9/19/12 and the first day post surgery getting out of the recovery room was very hard, lots of pain on my neck, my mouth was very dry and my throat was hurting from the tube that was inserted, plus i think since i had a hiatal hernia and they did some work via my esophocus it felt worse :-(
Overall though i have to say it was all worth it, now just have to get used the sipping and drinking lots of water all the day to avoid getting dehydrated as per Dr. Nish.
8/31/12 i weight in at 239 at Dr. Nish's office
when i went in for surgery on Wed. 9/19/12 i was 228 lbs.
this morning 9/23/12 i was 223 lbs.
I'm very excited to go have gone through this, wished it would have been approved 10 yrs. prior. Very thankful with God family and friends, that everything went well.
So my surgery is scheduled for 9/19/12 and got a call my my PCD today that the blood work i re-took over the weekend still showed that the L.E. were high and my she (PCD) cannot clear me, she was off today, so im hoping that tomorrow i can get her to sign the consent, this liquid diet has me going crazy already, I'm so moody and i get headaches all the time :-(
has anyone gone through this before, please leave me some comments, i would like to hear from everyone PLEASE !!
