anayortiz Gastric Sleeve Patients November 12, 201213 yr Author stats Oh Ok i was sleeve on 9/19 this wednesday will be 8 weeks and like i said, I'm very hungry and without energy to workout, i will try to do some exercise today see how i feel, i have the elliptical at home and i can always go to the gym too. let's see what happens tonight lol
xavtay2 LAP-BAND Patients November 12, 201213 yr Author stats Nope you are not the only one I am 9 weeks post-op today. I have lost 42 pounds and continue to have stalls but I am still losing major inches all of my clothes are falling off me. I can look at myself naked now and not feel nauseous...(lol). Even tho the scale is moving the inches are falling off.... Don't say only 30 pounds because that is still a major accomplishment. Start working out if you haven't already and continue eating right and the scale will start to move again.... Wishing you the best
TheCurvyJones Gastric Sleeve Patients November 12, 201213 yr Author stats But think back to your last diet... how much had you lost, 8 weeks out? When is the last time you lost 30 lbs in two months. I think that's PHENOMENAL! Also, check your clothes and your inches. I read somewhere (probably nowhere, maybe I made it up) but we don't lose lbs and inches at the same time. When the scale stops moving, I check my inches. Always a change. Can you wear smaller clothes? Are your baggy clothes super baggy? Fat pants looking ridiculous? Feet flopping around in your shoes? How do YOU FEEL? Breathing better? Climbing stairs with no pain? Can stand without a backache? Lots of NSV's to look for that have nothing to do with the scale. I am PRAYING for at least 30 lbs in two months... I think you're doing great. As far as hunger, I have heard the more protein you get in, the longer you stay full. Keep on keepin' on.
anayortiz Gastric Sleeve Patients November 22, 201213 yr Author stats thank you all for the supporting words, starting the gym on monday so looking forward to speed up the weight loss that way !!
