  8. Same here after my surgery, every time I had a shake they would go straight thru me and make me queasy. Now I have protein bars instead.
  9. It does get better, by about day 4...
  10. I have a pure protein bar - 180 calories and 20 grams of protein.
  11. I really don't think so... lollipops are pure sugar.
