  1. I've been reading about mental hunger for a few days now. xchubba you made a great point about television. I may have to stock up on books and limit TV to just the weather. Continued success everyone on their journey.
  2. There's a forum I think on foods and recipies. Experiement also, with the small about of food allow that will not be much to waste. I want to hit my local dollar store so I can get tuna; if I can get in the pouch when i return to work that will be fast Protein without tons of prep. Just have to bring a bowl and fork from home to really break it down.

Last year I had my thyroid removed and for the two days in the hospital I received Helprin shots in my stomach. The day I was discharges my cycle started. I was soooooo pissed. Trying to get my mind right as well as have supplies ready for after surgery. I just want menopause to be completed lol

  14. I have been on my pre-op diet and I have noticed my skin looks and feels weird. I am getting a lot of body acne and the texture feels different. I guess my system is in a detox mode. Has anyone else experienced changes in their skin?

  16. Contact that hotel to ask what the charge is for, also ask for the documentation to back up the charge. Lastly ask who authorized the charge. If the tell you it takes x days to get it removed ask if they use the ACH system, if yes it usually 24 hrs. If this does not work contact the credit card company and file a report of credit misuse by the hotel.
