The bad thing about hoing back to work

Is that it's harder to pass gas when you need too! I have been walking and taking gas ex strips but it is getting harder and harder to let it rip!

I have been passing gas in my office and even going to the bathroom on the questionable gas. Sitting in position seems to help. But right now my diaphragm and torso muscle are extremely sore from trying to squeeze one out! It even hurts when I take a deep breathe.

I just finished walking an exhausting mile and I'm laying "in position" with a heating pad. Any ideas you all have are welcome!

I sit out in the open at my job, so this makes me wonder how my system will react once I'm back at work. I would hate to smoke out my co-workers LOL.

From having prior abdominal surgery, walking helped. But since you've tried that I don't know what to suggest.

I do you it gets better for you.
