I'll go first...
As a divorcee who shares custody with my ex-hubby, I have found myself not wanting to meet in public places but rather just send the boys out to his car at the curb. My ex is 6'5" and 300 lbs so it's not like I have anything to prove and I am not any heavier than I was when we were married BUT he is about to marry his 3rd wife and she is thinner than I am - I have never met her only seen a picture. She is no beauty but I do find myself challenged that she is thinner than me. I know it's petty. I am usually pretty confident in most situations but I have had a wicked fantasy about being at goal weight and waltzing into a place dressed to the nine's. As I write this I feel like a high schooler but part of getting better is shining light on the dark corners and owning how one feels. So I would like to leave my ex drooling and his new wife in shock as I leave with holding hands with my two boys and their new 30 year old, model beautiful, built to high heaven step-daddy. There I've said it! PLEASE SHARE YOURS!!

HAHAHA I didnt even realize how that sounded at first!

My fantasy is that me and my wonderful husband of 32 years could be dropped of on a deserted island for about a month and live off of nothing but love, kinda like the Blue Lagoon, only no baby!

My fantasies are pretty simple....just to be able to change in front of my husband, get in or out of the shower with him in the room, be excited about going on a tropical vacation and wear a swimsuit (maybe not even a bikini) and be able to book one of the nice, romantic hotel suites with the jacuzzi tub we can both fit in.....Ive avoided all of these since the day we got married (almost 4 yrs) just want to be able to enjoy these things with my hubby!

My fantasy is being a petite size, flat stomach (my most problematic area!), and above all: getting married in my dream wedding dress which will only work with a certain type of figure, if you know what I mean. Don't know if any of it will ever happen (without a tummy tuck!) but a gal can dream...

Ok so this is a WAY fun topic. Secretly hoping to get down to 135 pounds. I could care less what my ex thinks about how I look. With the exception of my weight gain, my life has FAR surpased his pathetic existance, I am happily married, have a nice car, home, and a good job.
Here goes my secret fantasy....my husband has a friend, well she has become a friend of mine as well, but lets just say she is fabulous! Gorgeous, rich family, so whitty and charming, ....and Australian to boot . Even her name is cool. I imagine meetign up with her and not feeling so out of place!!!! I want to fit in with her! LOL

Echowits... I see Omar and Dr. Kelly in 4 days!! Good luck with everything and remember it's your body and your choice. I think your son will be too embarrassed to mention anything to anyone! Thank goodness my boys are 8 and 9 and think I am already a size "one".... if they only knew!!!!

I told my husband, but do not plan to tell anyone else. I'm still trying to figure out exactly what to tell my boss. So far, I'm going with - I'll be out for a few days because I am having elective surgery for a minor medical issue. If pushed, I will say it is of a personal nature. Thoughts?
Omar from Dr. Kelly's office just called me and was giving me pre-surgery instructions. My son overheard and asked - "Your having surgery? When were you going to tell me?" He's not great a keeping secrets, so I told him I just told him I was having surgery on my stomach. He kept pushing so I said the doctor was going to remove some things (non cancerous in nature). He kept pushing - so I said like cists and I added that they may be the cause of my weight gain. He's 15, so he was kidding around and said, "Eww. You have pimples in your stomach?" Oh well, I'm not sure if him telling people I have pimples in my stomach is that is much better than just telling people about the WLS

I love all of these fantasies!! I'll share a real-life experience, just to keep it real.
When I was in college (early 30's) I worked at a prison and I had a HUGE crush on one of the officers. He thought it was cute and amusing and basically teased me with it the whole time I worked there and for years afterwards. Recently I posted a picture of me on Facebook and he started messaging me again, privately, wanting to see if he could rekindle the spark. I flirted a bit, but turned him down. He's so last decade!

Well, if we are letting our inner feline out... The ex is always an easy target!
Lol mine lives in the USA, so next time I see him I will be at goal weight.
But I have this one friend--- super competitive and showy-- I love her for lots of reasons-- but, I can't wait to weigh less than her and rock her favorite fitness class! At 80 lbs overweight and her at goal she is always asking me to
Go with her and encourages me to take the low options-- oh, I'm gonna go-- but there ain't gonna be no low options!!!
I cut my hair from my bum to my shoulders recently and she nearly died... My hair grows very fast... So at goal I'm sure it will be long enough to flick as I smile!! Lol

I'm single and met a handsome man in another city. We chat on the phone and communicate electronically a lot. I know he likes me, but I want him to go wild for me! I hadn't seen him since May. Hopefully, surgery will be in August. Although I won't be at goal by then, I can't wait to attend our favorite football game in November in some skinny jeans and some stop the world high heel shoes!!

After I had my two boys, I had a breast augmentation and Tummy Tuck. I shared it with my friends and family. From that point forward whenever I would get a compliment - especially in front of my sister - she would be sure to let everyone know I had help from a plastic surgeon. My best friend likes to tell people the same thing swearing she would never stoop to such levels - well 5 years later she is trying to find the money to make it happen. I don't need to be the fodder for their own issues. I made this decision for me... not to impress anyone else. My kids deserve a healthy happy and content mom. I feel I must add that I've had a little fantasy about wearing something stunning in front of ex-husband and leaving him drooling.... that feels petty but I am only human
