  3. No but I'm so glad your a trooper. It's getting so hard for me to exercise due to my back problem. Going for X-ray tomorrow. Lets see what is wrong with my back. I will go back to walking but Tuesday. I have X-ray in the morning court after X-ray since I'm near need to get out of being a juror due to my 5 year old graduation & my 3 year old I have to have the annual review he has autism & goes to special school. You can do it!
  4. Congrats on your surgery day. Girl I cry 1 month before I started the diet saying good bye to rice now I laugh at my self cuz I could eat it but in portion size. I thought I could never eat rice again but it took a while by body was rejecting so about 6 months. I'm now 12 months post up. All the best to you& speedy recovery

  6. I bet you burn a lot of calories. I been dealing with a migraine & vomiting all day plus sleeping all day. I thank god my 16 year old takes care of the kids including feeding them & keeping them quiet & away from me when I get these migraines about every 3 months or so.
  7. In the beginning I had the fainting spells. It went away. Then numb fingers took extra calcium that solve that issue.

  10. I know everywhere you go the scale is different but how much of a difference? In my digital scale I'm 109 in my old fashion scale I'm 114 now today at the state doctor appointment I was 123? What is my weight? At home or at the doctor? If I'm going according to the doctor I'm going to weight every 6 months now yearly. I'm so confused I guess after all I'm not over weight but I'm not a stick neither.

  13. I saw my surgeon 3 times. 1st visit consultation make sure this is what I wanted. 2nd to bring him all the paper work that I saw the nut & dietician then 3rd schedule surgery

  15. All the best & it sucks. I didn't call ever my PCP then surgeon was on top of everything so easy as pie. I do agree when you want or need something be on top of it. Like I'm fighting for my SSD. I'm not giving up!
