  2. Yes your doing it right. I'm getting adjusted to this new life style. It's hard at times. I do get hungry but to take 4 bites I get lazy. Don't wanna waste food so I bite the kids food or hubby food no need to wash another plate.
  3. If you lose a friend of over 20 years over nothing she wasn't a good friend to begin with.
  4. Very slowly. If I get up to fast I get dizzy. I turn my body puting my legs on the floor then the rest of my body.
  5. I wrote a will years ago but now I have to make a new one since that will I had 2 more kids.
  6. I'm so sorry this has happen to you. If I was in your shoes & I would get a reverse it's just not fair having all these issues & flying back & fourth and feeling the same or worst. Some people have it smoothly then others but others have a hard time. Me my self I was throwing up none stop for almost 30 days but suddently I started feeling better & was able to now hold food down. I think now that you try surgery the best thing is not to gain back the 60 pounds & look for a dietician to help you keep the weight off & make better choices in food.
  7. Glad we aren't enemies
  8. Loving the hair I get a small pain when I'm full.
  9. Good job all right!!! I honestly thought in my whole life I would never see the 100's again till bam 170's
  10. Thanks god I'm over the it itching it was driving me crazy.
  11. Since your pouch is tiny now that sip can make you feel full fast so you won't be able to get much food in with the liquid taking space that's why they say wait about 15 mins then drink liquid after eating. It took me sometime to get the hang of it after doing it for many years.
  12. The good thing is we are home. I can't imagine my self out there holding it in. That must be a horrible experience.
  13. I'm sorry this happen. Does it have anything to do with surgery?
  14. I'm five feet. Now 171 before 211 but yeah you feel it all. I understand you competely. People can say your beautiful with out saying for a thick girl. Like all you see is fat not the person me?
  15. I had 1 sugar free ice cream 2 licks & to the bathroom I went. I haven't had ice cream ever since.
  16. Thanks for responding yes soda stretch your pouch no manner diet or regular. I guess it's true you get comfortable & fall on the before eating & drinking. I really want to be a success. Like if I cheat in the future I can always do extra exercise & jump back up. If you drink one soda if you go out will it still stretch your pouch?
  17. Poor thing but at least now you feel better.
