  4. I can't have anything fried & plus it's not good for us. I used to love chicken now it doesn't stay down. I did figure maybe grill chicken isn't good & I try fried it was the worst feeling. I though I was dying the worst pain in the world.
  5. You are doing good. I can't eat eggs anymore.
  6. Welcome & congratulations wishing you a speedy recovery.
  7. You will survive trust me. I'm 2 months & a few days. I honestly don't miss pizza & I love pizza with extra cheese. I used to love mild-hot wings but it was months since before surgery I just stop eating it. Now I can't even take 1 bite of chicken.(I vomit)... I went from loving my cooking to eating frozen food. I found mash potato & meat loaf for $1 and I don't eat it daily but when I do get hungry I would eat it for lunch or dinner. I also make instead mash potato which I never did before. I went out to eat at city island I had the clam chowder. It was so good but I had 1/4 then later in the next 1/4 I even took it home didn't finish it all but ate enough to be satisfy. I had one piña colada with rum which I though would take me 6 months to a year but I had one & it lasted a long time. Before I would have like 4 cups. I was happy & I still don't regret my decision.
  8. I should be consuming 800 calories per day minium. I'm not taking in half 400cal. I'm hardly ever hungry. I don't have head hunger or anything. When I'm actually hungry I eat if I'm not I can go days with out eating just drinking water. When I eat it's healthy salmon fish I had pickles yesterday so delicious but zero calories. I eat mash potatoes. Occasional steak. Can't keep pork or chicken down. Certain cheese.
  9. A piece of cheese isn't cheating & your lucky you kept it down. I was basically throwing up non stop for 30 days.
  10. Wishing you a speedy recovery
  11. You are losing weight slowly & it's better that way.
  12. Congratulations you are doing a good job.
  13. I had 1-2 no more honest. I have self control. I see it all day long & look and I don't get that urge to attack and eat it. That was like a once in a life time thing. I don't attack the chips neither. I'm not keeping it out of the house. The Kids should enjoy some junk. They eat vey well.
  14. So far my skin been my friend. I'm losing weight so very slow. I love it! Gives me more time to save money for tummy tuck. You don't need to be rich or anything. I'm far from rich but a few hundreds I save a month will add up by the end of the year. Also you can finance surgery. Pay monthly I'm going to do my homework before my 2 years comes up so I know how much and what I'm paying.
