Progress?

Not been around for a while because my wi-fi has been acting up. So, I had my nutritional Eval and psych Eval. Turns out I'm not too crazy. Since my last visit on here I have gotten some other results.... I do not have sleep apnea. I do however have a Hiatil Hernia, GERD, Gastritis and a problem with my epiglottis. I'm hoping to here something about my gallbladder ultrasound and blood work by Monday. I'm having a lot of trouble sticking to a diet for Pre-op weightloss. I need to get it in gear.
