  1. I'm on day 3 of my pre-op diet. Mine is basically a high protein diet as opposed to your liquid one. i'm allowed to have soup and lean meats like chicken and turkey and also fruits and veggies. Even though i know its not as hard as yours, its still really hard for me. What has helped me thus far, is that i have a good support system. My mum is here and my big sister, so their words of encouragement really help a lot. My surgery is on the 17th and i'm nervous but excited about it. Another thing you can do if your a Christian, is to talk to the Holy Spirit. I tell him to make me feel better by making me very full on the little i'm allowed to eat. It is well with all of us!
