I don't offer it up, but if I'm asked I will tell them. Most of the time it is people like me, (pre surgery me) wanting to know what I have done. I want to help as many people as I can make their own decision about weight loss. This has been a significant life choice and I am healthier and happier about life for it. Just want to let people know there is hope out there. I do, however, understand wanting to keep it quite at the workplace.

I'm glad you posted this question, I'm at 5 weeks today. Called to see if I could start back on my pilates machine. Would really love to start using the rebounder attachment, worried about working the lower abs, I don't want to . Waiting on answer from Dr. office.

I have my first Dr's consultation on Wednesday too. I also have a weight goal in the 130's Unfortunately my insurance does not cover this procedure. My neighbor had sleeve surgery last year and she looks great. I visited with her a few nights ago and she was very helpful and offered a lot of upcoming support. Best of luck with your appointment.
