Hi Everyone, Salsa - I wish I did half of your exercise. O.K., a 1/4. Girl, you Rock!! If anyone watched Extreme Makeover today, The house is about 3 miles from me. I am sore from all the biking this weekend. We did 9 miles Sat. morning, then about 6more later. Then we walked about 2miles later. I didn't take my medicine last night, and I'm a little scared to swallow them tonight. :leaving: I'll do it with hot tea. :sneaky:

I was able to swallow a little water before bed last night. This morning I pbed my coffee. We went bike riding, rode 9 miles and after that I was able to drink water. By 4:00pm I could finally get some food down. I feel much better, except I'm camping and my plumbing backed up, if ya know what I mean. So now, I'm a little miserable. I think I'm going find hubby to talk me for a walk. I just drank some metamucil, maybe a walk will help.:woot: I gotta go, PUN intended.

Hi everyone, I'm at a campground right now getting ready to go to bed. It's a state park, and they actually have free internet. Wow I took my pills about 15 mins. ago and they got stuck, I tried to swallow some warm water and it didn't help. I pbed, my throat is burning, I can feel the pills burning a hole in me. Oh God it's freakin miserable I can taste them, it is actually even burning in my ears. This is freakin miserable!!!!!!

MyDestiny - Is this amount of vitamins going to hurt me? When I get my blood test are they checking vitamin levels?

My Dr. says 2 vitamins a day if they are childrens, one if adult, and a complete B vitamin daily. I just got liquid B's at Whole Foods because I couldn't swallow the B vitamin. I also take 2 chewable Flintstone's daily. I just bought the chocolate calcium chews from Walmart, because I am definitely not getting the required calcuim daily.

Girl, don't worry about such things. I don't take my clothes off for NO ONE. Haven't been to the gyno in coon ages. The last thing I remember before surgery was a nurse saying, "Is this gown tied in the back?" and me replying, "I'll get it for you." and then I tried to untie it. I was taking my clothes off for strangers. Whatever they put in that I.V., you ain't gonna give a @*@)$* what they do to you or what the hell you're wearing. You will have a gown on with nothing underneath. They put the massaging booties on you for bloodclots.

O.K., it's the end of the day. All the children are gone from school so I looked at the Ben and Jimmy video. And guess what? It's so damn funny, I peed my pants. I'm going home now. When it got to Josh Groban, I freakin lost it!! :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup: He definitely got her back!!!

No, I'm at school, I can't play it now. I'll get in trouble if I pee my pants.

Brandy - I've been on Tofranil for panic attacks for 17yrs. My weight loss is ridiculous slow, but it steady.

POOL !!!!!! I just got my dream, 12x24 above ground, sunk halfway in ground, with a salt system. I have wanted a pool for 20 yrs. I'm a swimmer, always was. If you like swimming go with the pool. You can get a heater, If you enjoy sitting in water go with the spa. I don't get the lure of spas, but some enjoy them.

Jackie - I'm so sorry you have to go through this. She's obviously very angry about something, and she's taking it out on you. Maybe she's angry because you're happy. I have no idea. I'm skipping school today. I hate it. I didn't feel well. My lower back has been hurting a lot lately. I don't know if it's my ovaries or my back. So, I took some Tylenol and stayed in bed.

Hey Everybody, what's all this hoopla about? Did someone lose weight or something????? You girls are acting like someone did something unbelievably extraordinary, like maybe losing over 90lbs in 9mts. Surely that couldn't have happened. It's absurd. Who could transform their body in 9mts?

Hello Everyone, I finally played on the Wii last night. I bowl a little. I boxed for a little, and it's a workout, I was heaving like a heffer. I am proud to say may fitness age is..................... "80" The PS office called yesterday and pushed my surgery from 6/3 to Friday 6/6. I just scheduled my first mammogram. I want to get one before surgery. Steph - 11 more days of these wonderful children for me!! But whose counting? I have decided no more scales for awhile. I hope I can stick to it, I'm addicted. I am barely eating, cause I CAN'T, and the scale ain't moving. I'm going down in size, but not pounds. It's very very very very.......(add 20 more please) frustrating. Stratch that, it's freakin disgusting. :w00t::mad::cursing: Does anyone have a treadmill they love? I'm thinking about buying one. Oh, and I would love to have a pink bike too. I saw it at Sports Authority in Arkansas for Thanksgiving and I am on a quest to find it. I don't remember the brand, but it had flowers painted on the bar. Schwinn has one, but I don't know if it is the same one. I would buy the tassles for the handle bars and a bell. Do ya'll think I may be having a mid-life crisis? :redface:
