  9. I agree with Indymom,your Nut should help you with that,also if you can track your calories in my fitness pal on your phone or any other website would be very helpful. I am 6 weeks post op like you and I am having about 900 Calories per day,65 g of protein and I am trying to limit my carbs or sugars. They told me 600-900 calories per day at my stage would be good.

  13. I am 5"3 and I was 216 pre surgery . My BMI was 38. Now I am 176 and I will be 2 months out soon. I think my surgeon said I can expect about 60%-65% of my pre op weight gone.
  14. I am having reduced fat town house crackers,they taste great,they have 60 calories for 6 crackers ,of course I am good with 2 or 3. Total fat 1.5 total carbs 11 g and 1 g of protein

  20. How about having protein shakes for snacks. What kind of snacks are you eating in between meals? I noticed if I eat crackers as these are slider foods,I am hungry faster than when I eat a thin piece of deli ham or chicken,also having my protein shake is keeping me sometimes "full" for a while
  21. Awesome idea. My name is Lilliana, age 30 . I'm half Spanish and half polish . I lived in a speaking spanish country for 21 years till I got married to my now husband who is active duty in the army . I have PCOS and it caused me to struggled with infertility for 6-7 years . I finally got pregnant after losing 40 lbs doing weight watchers but that didn't last long after my pregnancy . So since I struggled with my weight my whole life , my dr decided to reffered me for weight loss surgery and I did research first in by pass for years until I found this site and picked the VSG for me . I have many health issues due to my weight . I'm a stay home mom for now with my 2 years old sweet girl . I'm planning to return to school soon to finish my bachelors degree in graphic arts .
