  1. Welcome and good luck with everything!
  2. I am not using mine anymore as I got that Body Media Fit armband now my husband is using the fitbit and he loves it
  3. This is my personal opinion I have the fitbit and is great gadget to keep you motivated as far as walking etc. Is an awesome pedometer . If you add friends with your profile on their website is really fun to see the steps you took daily and you can compete with others As for calorie counting and sleep tracking I prefer my Body Media Fit Armband Is a bit more pricey but the calorie count accuracy is better. This Body Media was approved by the FDA. It has 4 sensors that work with your skin sweat etc. It also tracks the steps etc. The only downside is that you have to pay $6.95 a month to see your stats on their website etc. The first 3 months are free. With the fitbit you have access to your daily stats for free. So in conclusion if you want something not too expensive and something that motivated you to walk and to exercise, the fitbit will be for you. If you want calorie count accuracy and sleep patterns accuracy, go with the Body Media Fit

  9. Yes,to be nervous is normal. I have a 2 year old, I was a bit nervous prior my surgery but you know what? the more calm and positive you do,the better you will do with the surgery recovery process. Just have faith and be positive, you are doing this for your daughter,to live longer and a healthy life. Best of luck!!
