    When my pcp had to give a second med for my BP. I 29 and have had high BP for 5 years now. I just thought to myself, what next? How long would I live for myself and my children? All of these sad thoughts came rushing through me. That was the day I began my research. I thank God everyday that he gave me the strength and courage to follow through.

    afternoon snack: Beef jerkey.. I found small 1.5 oz bag of very lean jerky, 22 grams Protein, 120 calories, 4 carbs That sounds like a great snack! if you don't mind me asking, what brand and where can I buy it?

    Me too! I really hope we are still in the clear. I don't have a date yet, but my six month ends November. My last weigh in was during my time of the month and I had gained 5 lbs. I could have died. Hopefully our next weigh in is better. Good luck.
