Today is my surgiversary and I am only down 60 lbs but I do praise God for that, I feel pretty good have not worked out like I wanted to I been battling a siatica since I had surgery, so my body does not always feel good, but I did go down 5 dress sizes 22 to 16 and some 12, 14, and 10 stretchy dresses, so I feel good but I want my body toned and I want to look better.
