Happy weekend everyone. My app stopped working with the new iPhone update. So I had to get on through the website. I hope this is fixed soon. Yesterday we went to the county fair. My daughter had some stuff in the exhibits. I actually wore a shirt that showed a tiny bit of tummy. Definitely have saggy stomach skin, so it wasn’t intended.

My favorite is Syntrax powder. I mix the orange cream and mint chip with unsweetened almond milk. Try buying some sample sizes, lots of companies have them. That way you can find the ones you like without wasting money on ones you don’t like.

My surgeon put me on psyllium fiber. I’ve been on it about 2 months now and am finally regular. He said it is pure fiber and is gentler than the miralax and benifiber on the market.

I was looking at memories from 10 years ago of my daughter on Facebook just now. I can’t believe that I am the same person from the pictures. It’s amazing the difference 10 years has made. I’m 8 years out now. No more pictures that just make me feel bad about myself.

I agree it might be scar tissue. I’m 8 years out and still get annoying mild pains where my PEG tube was, and I had to have an emergency open bowel repair. I still get them.
