laugh, my friend ---with my own pitiful self, but it's soooo true. I might not even wear deodorant or perfume on weigh in day! (an absolutely no panty liners ! psssst--that's for the gals only --unless you're KF and you're wearing one under you chin in the name of a scientific experiment...)

laughing with you not at you! I'm just as pathetic!......taking my watch off prior to getting on the scale has been a normal thing for me for a long time! LOL.....the only time this was different was pre-surgery when I had to make sure I didn't fall below a 40 bmi......I think that was the weirdest time of my life!....I even had a roll of pennies in my pocket for one visit where I knew it would be close...shhhhh did I say that out loud? haha
