Words....meh.....depends on the source. Hurtful words only have as much power as you lend to the source. One thing I've noticed, dearest Valentina, is that as the weight loss has occurred...my skin is thicker, so to speak. I am glad for this new mind-over-matter superpower. I no longer mind so much of the bs because it no longer matters. I am happy with feeling better and getting more healthy and that is real. Mudslingers and petty folks are of little concern. I just look past them to get a better of view of the smiling and laughing folks that I want to be around.
