  1. Thanks everyone for your input. Reassuring to know, I have found extra brushing and hot tea and chewing gum all helps. It seems to be diminishing somewhat now .... )
  2. saw your post but realised it was dated 24th Feb - hope you are feeling better now - i was there just 6 days ago and wondering the same 2 days in and thought wtf - however, got through that phase and feeling much better
  3. I am 8 days after surgery and get a horrible bitter, metallic, dry, sometimes fatty taste and sensation in my mouth and my teeth feel coated even after cleaning. Has anyone else experienced this and/or found a way to combat it? )
  4. I understand your reluctance to tell people. I have that too, in fact very few people know and I hate having to lie, but I don't want people to judge me until I lose the weight and then people and family will see the benefits and perhaps be less negative.
