  1. Hi Ms E.- re: #1, yes MofM is sooo gross! I've found that adding a scoop of Miralax (which is odorless and flavorless) to one drink a day, as well as taking Fiber gummies (Vitafusion brand is delish!) has regulated me quite nicely!

  3. sounds like classic acid reflux. I had it before my op, and it worsened greatly for about 2 months after. my doc rx'd a liquid ulcer medication for 2 weeks. i haven't had it since! i'd give 'em a call. good luck!
  4. WOW! um, NOTHING! my doc only allowed water/sugar free crystal lite, & Protein shakes. NO soup or Jello was allowed. at 3 weeks out, cottage cheese and Peanut Butter were permitted.
