and it doesn't seem real to me at all but the scale doesn't lie, here I am in onederland. I haven't been here for over 11 years!! I still see myself as the same weight that I was when I started my journey. I pick out clothes in the store and when I try them on they are always to big for me, this never happened before. I love my sleeve, this is the best thing that I have ever done for myself!!!!!

I was looking into different sites that offer high protien Snacks and such that would be good for the whole family. I was wondering if anyone from Canada has ordered from these sites and had any problems with shipping through customs? Thanks for any information that you can share!

Hi Kris, I am seven days out and I am feeling the exact same way. I struggle to get enough fluids, some days I am a little closer to the recommended amount and other days although it seems like I am swimming in fluids I haven't had close to enough. I have had a couple of cravings as well, I think mine are mostly just in my head. I still have to cook for my family so I see all this food anf then I start to think about it a lot. I am glad to hear that this is normal. I can't wait to get to the next stage and I am so happy to be sitting on the losers bench!!!

I'm down to the last two weeks of waiting. I'm pretty nervous but I am confident that I am making the right decision. (that's still not helping my nerves though lol). Does any one have any suggestions for me on what I should bring or what I should make sure that I have at home when I get back. I also wanted to thank everyone for their posts on this site, the information that I have gathered as well as the words of encouragement that I have received are appreciated. I can't wait for the new year and the new me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
