  1. Cant help to think that my sleep apnea keeps me in a visious circle. Less sleep = more ghrelin = more appetite = increased weight . My conclusion is, that it could be more difficult to loose weight the natural way, when you are obese and have sleep apnea. I wake up 50 times a noight - I am sure, that will disturb the grelin secretion as well.. (Not operated yet)
  2. Interesting - thank you! I haven't had my surgery yet, but I DO have memory problems. Probably related to a earlier stress brake down. Just a 5% improvement would really help my everyday life. So this is one more pro's on having the surgery done. Thank you for sharing
