  1. I agree! LOL. Lots of Aceves patients floating around. Down 2 more pounds today. Happy!
  2. Thanks. :thumbup1: I returned it today and they gave me a credit towards the purchase I was making.
  3. My post-op paperwork mentions sipping every 10 minutes to get in your daily Fluid requirement but it also lists (during phase 1 & 2) that one should not consume more than 2 oz during a 15 minute period. It lists this twice. This is why I was asking if drinking more than 2 oz would cause issues with my new stomach.
  4. I had some carbs which I normally do not have. Before officially starting my liquid diet I went out for a seafood dinner. Once I arrived in Mexico Dr. Aceves said to go wild and have a good last meal. I had tacos for lunch, club sandwich with fries for dinner and a piece of fruit for a snack. I portion controlled all of it. I wish I would've had a few more items but I was afraid that my liver would not shrink enough and there would be complications or that my blood sugar would spike suddenly from the higher carb foods.
