  6. I forgot to add that this is not true of the Vanguard band, he said it is harder to get the fluid out of it.
  7. I had a doctor's appointment today so I ask him about the fills. He said if you go to the doctor every six weeks and get filled you might show a slight difference the first couple of fills, but after that all the air in the band should be out and you will get all the fill out each time you remove it. I guess that is why he gets the full amount out of my band every time.

Great pictures everyone! Paula, you look great! What a cutie sitting next to you too!
  9. I have had a lot of fills, and each time the exact amount is always in there. They withdraw it each time before a new fill and the full amount always comes out.

  17. Welcome to LBT! You have already gotten some good advice, so I will oly add that you need to make sure you follow your doctors orders. Every doctor has a different procedure to follow and it is important to listen to yours.

Welcome to LBT! There is a lot of information here just for taking the time to read it all. If you have questions, please ask, or do a search and most likely you will find the answer.
  19. Most of us can't eat these items, they are famous for plugging us up. You need to eat hard items such as Protein. Sometimes people can't eat salads either. Start with protein, then if you have room some veggies, then fruit or carbs. Also remember that when you pb, you need to do liquids for 24-48 hours before adding food back again.
  20. Thanks for all your work Alex! I can't express how much it means to have someone like you to take care of all us.
  21. Happy Birthday Penni! How great it had to be to spend it with your family! Looking forward to seeing your pictures!
  22. So glad eveything turned out o.k. for you. It is so easy to forget when you are out having fun to chew, chew, chew. Liquids is the best thing for you right now.
