Ok, so I am home and sleeved this forum has helped alot. One thing I think was we forgot to mention the liquid they make you drink to take an extra of your stomach hat was totally gross I almost puked. Other than that surgery I believe was a success. I have some pain/uncomfortableness but overall looking forward for incisions to heal :sad0:

No I am scheduled for VSG and heard that some people get a port installed to drain the blood. I was wondering how it this determined? I have never had a band. This will be surgery for the first time for me so I am kind of full of questions My surgery is scheduled for the 1st of feb.

How is it determined if you need a port after surgery?

ok i got the tickler to work :lol0: ONE more week to go and so ready I actually started the liquid diet last monday just to get use to it and so that there is no complications. My mom is not to happy about this but I hope she will feel better about it once she gets to see the results.

I am excited and nervous but this forum is a great way for everyone to share tricks and tips.

I was confused between the two and after meeting with the doctor we decided on the sleeve I am scheduled for feb 1 and super nervous.

Kind of scared and wondering how the pain will be post op, when I will be able to go back to work. Loosing weight on this liquid diet although its killing me reading all of the posts here is keeping me busy.:lol0:
