  5. It really is unfortunate that marriage is a factor in our weight gain same here for me, I am still married and probably on the virge of my first divorce we have been married for ten years and I just can't believe that this is happening to me :0( Thanks for the positive post!
  6. AWESOME YOU ARE AN INSPIRATION :0). Does that fat in your back actually disappear you have not had any surgery yet right? Let me know I am anxious this apron is killing me and considering a tummy tuck as soon as I hit goal. . .
  7. I admit its hard not to weight yourself everyday, I do it just because it helps me know that I am burning calories daily. I had a stall too and it drove me nuts for two weeks. Just make sure you drink plenty of water take in your protein and work out even if its just fast walking. . . good luck to ya!
  8. I agree with everyone above it it a lifestyle change that there is a big difference between hunger itself and head hunger. It is very hard but so far so good you just have to remember all you have gone through to get where you are at and when you have that need just because for that Pizza what worked for me before was to chew it and spit it out believe it or not it worked just for the craving LMAO my husband thought I was nuts but it worked and I really don't ever crave it anymore but if I do since I have 4 kids I just chew and spit one piece and vuala all good :0)
  9. It all depends on individual basics they could remove 85% of the stomach but if you only eat things that are high calorie then you won't keep it off VSG is just a tool to help with the weightloss learning how to eat and make the right choices is part of the deal. :0)

  15. Awesome!!! I weighed 270 when i started to. It seems like forever to get rid of all this. How long did it take you to hit your target? What was your approx weightloss each month?
  16. I had my surgery on Feb. 1 and trust me it gets much easier. The hardest part is head hunger vs real hunger you will notice that you still serve yourself the same but can only eat a quarter of a meal ;0)
  17. Has anyone had these shots to work in conjunction with the sleeve? I have recently heard about it just not sure if it will work. Your input is appreciated. Thanks.
