  1. You look amazing! Especially considering you haven't exercised. Well done! x
  2. At three months out, I still get the growling but no hunger pangs. It's just noisy xx
  3. Thanks, I'm trying to do everything right, but sometimes think I'm doing everything wrong! xx
  4. I'm just over three months out and wondered how much water other people can manage at one setting. I seem to be able to drink rather quickly these days. Is this normal? xx
  5. Well done to you! I hope I can do even nearly as well as you xx
  6. I'm constantly cold. When I lost weight other times before I had surgery, I don't remember feeling the cold - but now, I'm still sleeping with two duvets on the bed! xx
  7. Three months out and not a single regret xx
  8. So sorry to hear that you have had such a distressing time! Let's hope that you are turning a corner now and you will soon be in your own bed and on the road to recovery. Big hugs xx
  9. I think I may go along and offer up my arm. Thanks for that xx
  10. It definitely takes some getting used to! I still look at the portions I put out for myself and think - it's such a small amount, and yet I very rarely manage to finish it all xx
  11. I agree, I think you should look at a different protein powder. Good luck xx
  12. I was on Orlistat for a short while pre-surgery, but never, ever again! Awful things. You won't need them xx
  13. That is brilliant - well done!! xx
  14. It took me a good month to get back to being able to get through the day without having to lie down at some point for a nap. It really depends on how fit you are pre-op too xx
