i have learned to trust other people and believe them when they tell me i have lost lots of weight and that i look really nice. so i convince myself when i look at the mirror and try to see what others are seeing. but i feel the best when i actually get to buy clothes 2 sizes smaller, i smile and i say i am doing something right!!! -

yep it's normal, then you start getting gases, so what i started doing after eating i had to walk and that really helped. try it i hope it works for you as well.:eek: -
A BIG JUICY BURGER!!! LOL but i am happy just being able to take a bite....so just take a sip or a small bite of whatever you miss, you'll feel much happier. goodluck:thumbup1:

same as you but now i eat flour tortillas, i know they are not the same but i can't eat the other ones anymore.....i also like corn tortillas, they are really good and low in calories. i have also given up potato chips, i have to get the ones that are baked not fried.

my mom was a bit skeptical at first, but when i showed her the information from my doctor and read the necessary facts she later gave me her blessing. so i guess that's what you could do, maybe even invite her to chat with some of your friends here, and let her ask questions and stuff. whichever way i wish you all the luck, and please keep us posted. goodluck!!! -

everybody gets nervous and scared, it's perfectly normal, but if we think positive and we go with a Doctor that we really really trust, then you shouldn't have any problems. the good thing is you've made your decision and you'll see that you won't regret your decision at all.....so as you said, get ready to start living again!!!:thumbup1: -
they have some very good salads at Carl's Jr. and at Jack in the Box too. Panda serves steamed rice and veggies. they're really good.
