TODAY IS DAY 3 OF MY PRE-OP LIQUID DIET. I GET BANDED THIS THURSDAY 12/5. YESTERDAY WAS A LITTLE HARD BECAUSE MY FAMILY WAS HAVING MY FAV PIZZA. BUT LATER I WENT TO THE STORE AND GRABBED SUGAR FREE POPSICLES...A VERY BIG LIFESAVER!!! -

So one of my co workers finally asked me wht kinda procedure i was having...I was caught off guard and just said hernia surgery...She then said so what they gonna do..I responded remove the hernia...Hope thts right...lol -

I definately know how you feel.. I cant wait to be able to by clothes tht arent plus. I live in Illinois also, and my surgery date is Dec 5th..I start my liquid diet Saturday after Thanksgiving. I love this site and alot of the people on it. Stay on this site and you will feel super prepared by your surgery date..

We get banded the same day! I start my liquid diet the Saturday after Thanksgiving. We can be "Band Buddies"!
