I am a very private person when it comes to placing information online however, for the purpose of being fair to others I will get right to the point. I have struggled with my weight all my life. I dieted and was very successful but could never keep the weight off. I am a happy person but had a child late in life ( over 35) and want to teach her the best habits so she unlike me will never have to struggle with her weight. In a nutshell I was tired of being FAT :-)
