    Today I was in a different set of numbers! I weight in at 179. Haven't seen this number in I don't know when?

      I am happy for this weight loss and when I reach 176, I will be down 50 pounds. It's just coming off so slow, it's driving me loco!

    Made it just over two miles before it was too dark on my regular path to be able to see where I was running, so I turned around and finished at 4.6 miles.. I'll take it!!

      I am waiting for the days to be longer so I can go on long walks after dinner.

    What is the deal?? I haven't lost any weight in almost 3 weeks. I'm 7 weeks post-op. I should not have stalled this quickly. I have so much weight to lose!

      The same thing happened to me after 5 weeks post op. Be sure to track your eating and exercise. Your body is adjusting to the fast weight loss it had.

      I was stalled for 2 months. When I got the flu and couldnt eat, I lost 5 pounds.
