    Sounds like Peanut Butter is a trigger food for you. I like to remember that peanut butter is ok in moderation, but sometimes I have to ban it from my life to get control. You could try eatting your dinner and then brushing your teeth to confirm for yourself eating is done for the day. Another option is plan the peanut butter into your day so you don't feel guilty about it. (typed as I gaze upon my peanut butter jar)

    Also try standing up and walking around. Gravity sometimes helps me in that situation.

    I'm right there with you. For some reason I have a huge learning curve. I keep making the same mistakes over and over again. But I'm learning and I'm sure you will too.

    Give up the scale or cut it down to once a week. I turned my scale batteries over to my trainer when I found myself weighing 2-3 times a day. A scale is a tool and it doesn't run your life. Just keep tracking what you are eating and your exercise and stop stressing yourself out. Divorcing the scale is a hard process, but mentally worth it.

    On my last fill the NP figured out that my port is hard to find when I'm laying down. It's easier to find my port standing up. Hope you don't have to go through that experience again.

    I was putting chickens breast and guacamole or humus into my ninja blender and blending till smooth. Looks kind if gross but tastes great.

    I'm addicted to Ultimate Muscle Protein (UMP). I swear the chocolate smells and tastes like cake batter. If I want to jazz it up a bit I add 2 tbs of PB2 to make it chocolate Peanut Butter flavor. I have also had the Cookies and cream flavor and its good too.

    I don't have a nick name for mine, but my Dr. played along with my desire to pretend that my band is pink and covered in Coach "C's".
