  1. Hey Tammy, we were banded on the same date. HIGH FIVE GIRLFRIEND!!! HIGH FIVE TO US ALL MARCHIES!!! So far, everything is going well. I start mushies on Thurs (can't wait). What I really need to do now is get on the ball with an exercise plan. I wish I had someone to work out with as none of my friends will but OH WELL!!! Gotta do what I gotta do. I'm just very happy that I've joined a wonderful family of lap banders. This site is excellent and I learn so much.
  2. thank you so much...as you can see I did it!!!!
  3. I was banded on March 15th and have since lost 12 pounds. I know its not always going to be this easy, which is why I joined this sight. I look forward to getting to know members of this community and reading all the great advice offered. I live in Southern New Jersey and was banded by Dr. Alan Brader of the Barix Clinics in Langhorne, PA. My incisions look great!!!! I couldn't ask for a better doctor. Well, thanks everyone for taking the time to read my post. Just one question-- how do I upload my weight loss ticker??? The site states to copy and past but it's not working. Please help...
  4. I would like to take the time to introduce myself to the lapband community. I was recently banded on 3/15/2007. I went to the doctor's today for my two week check up and I'm proud to say that I've lost 12 pounds. I know it will not always be this easy, that's why I signed up here. I look forward to getting to know the members and reading the great advice that everyone has. Thanks so much for taking the time to read my post!!
