SO STRESSED OUT....but I didn't run to food or even have the urge to eat...Kuddos to me...The stress is not gone but the pounds sure are....AMEN!!!!

Trying to get used to this new site!

Passed my mid-term today.

Hard labor this week, post hole digging in dense wooded area having to cut roots every few inches with a Saws-all. Also hauling lmany arge boards the 350 feet back through trails to the dock area where we are working. Sore everywhere but grateful to God that I have the energy and health to go get it done.

Thanks President Obama for giving millions of people in this country the chance to get health care!

So, my dr's office didn't submit one requirement to insurance which will delay my surgery by 10 weeks. I was given the pre-op diet to lose 5 lbs. Would you stay on the pre-op or wait 5 weeks to start it?

260lbs gone....8lbs to a goal I set in 2011. I am pondering changing my goal.

Surgery date 12/17!

Yay! Surgery went well on 11/20..No complications...went home next day..No trouble with nausea, but I did ask for the patch before the surgery....might be good for you too!...eating very little...can't tolerate any cold beverages yet...but very happy it's over and ready to move forward1

Well I finally got my letter of approval!! its set in stone for December 19th!!

Goal Reached! 11 months to the day. Surgery 12/24/12 weight 288. 11 month anniversary 11/24/13 weight 155. Size 22 to size 8. People refer to me as "petite" now. LMAO! Never in a million.....

bmi reached 'overweight' today. I will never be obese again. That blows my mind!
