I want to lose 50 more pounds in the New Year, plus I am in a financial mess, and need to get it straightened out. I just need to be more financially organinzed!! As far as eating goes I am with Michelle, it is hard to stop once started!!!! I think once Tuesday comes, no junk for me. It worked in November when I allowed myself only 4 days of sweets. I think I will do that again. No snow or ice here, so close, but no cigar!!! Everybody be careful!!!! Jane

I think you can't live on cottage cheese, everything else is fine, although I really did have to think on the oatmeal!!

TracyKS, maybe it was the camera that took up that extra weight!!!!! Whatever it was under 200 is FANTASTIC!!!!! I am going to be so happy when I am there. Cindy, didn't get a knock on the door this morning telling me to get up!!! Boy, what a neurotic little girl that mother is going turn her little girl into. Stalking!!! Hugs!!! Glad everyone has survived the holidays!!! I didn't do an official weigh in on Monday like I normally do, did a unofficial one Tuesday and it said the same. So if Cindy comes to my house every morning this week maybe I will see a loss on Monday!!! Off to shower and then work, short work week only 3 days, then off three days. Well have a good day!!

Water is the only thing I do right as far a dieting goes. I don't like soda, the bubbles do me in, and I hate drinking my calories!! If I am going to put something in my mouth I want to enjoy it, not just swallow it!!! So I drink black coffee and ice water. I have a insulated mug from the hospital at my station at work and drink at least two a day there, plus what I drink at home and away. I think that is a great idea, because I do know that it is a problem for many people!!! I think another thing you could do Susie is come knock on my door and make me get up and exercising in the morning!!!! That would be great!!!!! I am rambling again, sorry!!! Jane

You know I got a fill the first part of December and I can eat more now than before the fill. It is odd. I checked this morning and luckily have not gained. But I am eating junk. My Dr. said that she would just be happy if nobody gained weight in December. So Gina don't be so hard on yourself, you have done outstanding!!!!!! Here comes Christmas!!! I feel like I am slipping into my bad habits of eating, but I know it is just the season that is playing mind games with me. I called Kat this afternoon, she is my secret santa, and the post office decided to play scrooge!!! She was SO nice about it, but am still upset! It could still come, sometime, somewhere isn't that a song?!? So Kat you were supposed to pamper yourself with the package, so pretend!!! Off to my Aunts, she is such a great cook!! We have dinner and then open gifts then tomorrow morning we go back out and Santa comes for the little kids and fill the socks for everyone. So a dissappointed Jane that Kat didn't get her gift, but like she said maybe it will be more special if it comes late!! Have a very Merry Christmas, you all have added more joy and understanding than you know!!!!! Plus tonight when I am gone, I hope Santa comes and cleans!!!

Terry, i am with you. I am eating a lot of junk, but I figure it is the season. I think either Gina or Denise said that when she was too tight it was too easy to eat the food that was bad for you. I got an unfill in September and then just a couple weeks ago got that much added. It is fine this time. Hello everyone, I think I got my shopping done!! I am not sure but if I don't it is nothing major to buy. Susie I take Miralax once a day. I used to take it twice a day when I had a problem with a hernia (long story). Can't really seem to cut back anymore I talked with my Dr. and they said no problem. So I think that it must be okay. CONGRATS DENISE!!!! I bet you are thrilled!! I don't think I have seen those new fangled sonograms/ultrasounds, that is pretty amazing!!! Can't believe that I only have one day left of work til Christmas!! Well I gonna hit the sack, am still worried about my Secret Santa not getting their gift!! I understand about the Secret Santa, I mailed it Last Tuesday a.m. and they said 5 - 7 days. But, I did have some trouble with that mail not being timely at least here in St. Louis, so I don't know, I just hope it gets to where it is going!!! Today is a busy day at work, and after that I am finishing up my Christmas shopping!!! Hope I get home before I have to be at work tomorrow!!!!! I can't believe just two work days before Christmas!!! Cindy, I think you mean Suzie, she works at curves. I am a hairdresser with great clients!! Plus I also love my band!!! You are so right about the first of the year!! I get my nails done at a place next to a gym, and in January and some of February I can't find a place to park, all those people with New Years Resolutions!! I am in the process of reading the book Terry recommended, "Your Best Year Yet" good so far, neat things to relate to. I do want to make positive changes, but have never believed in New Year Resolutions, but this year one I am going to make is losing at least 50 pounds. I want to make changes in the way I live, not just for the year but for good. It just so happens that I am reading the book now, but as slow as I read, it will be after the 1st when I am finished. Haydee, not through at all Christmas shopping, but I am not panicked, I don't know why, I am so not a last minute shopper, this is soo unlike me. Plus I am not upset by it!!! Miracles!!! Well everything here is busy and wild as Christmas approaches! I can't believe it is almost here! Three more working days and that is it!! I am doing a housecall on Christmas Eve but that really doesn't count does it?
