I had my first fill today!! Not as scary as I thought it would be. I now have 1cc in my 10cc band. I've lost 24 pounds since my consultation appointment. So excited to finally be on the path to a healthier (and skinnier) life!!

My surgery is the 19th. Start pre-op diet on Thursday. I'm so excited but super nervous!!

costco Premier Protein shake with 30g Protein in 110z drink. Love chocolate shake in the freezer for 50-60 minutes to a smoothie texture. Only 160calories ready to drink shake.

saggy is based on alot of things
age, weight, persons skin, their heritage etc...everyone is different.
if you are large like me, there is gonna be saggy....there is skin surgery and
you can exercise and tone as best you can OR you can do what i am doing, living with it.
id rather have a saggy a s s and thighs and bat wings then my scale to show 330+

I asked the pharmacist, only one cannot be crushed. The ins makes me refill in 90 day supply so I wanted to use the pills I have.
