  1. For some people it does. I would stick to mushie foods for a couple more days and if you're still not able to eat your solid foods, then I would suggest getting a small unfill. Good luck.
  2. Woohoo!!! Welcome to banderland.
  3. Oh no! A small unfill may be needed. Good luck.
  4. Awesome!!!! Congratulations!!
  5. Just curious as to why your doctor said you couldn't have it. I drank coffee everyday until my surgery. Later on after my surgery, and everyday ever since. I can't imagine not drinking it. It will not hurt your band. Just curious as to what your doctor said.
  6. Sorry to hear that. Hope you find out what's causing your stuck episodes especially if your really chewing well.
  7. Wow!!! What an amazing testament. Thanks for sharing your story and continued success.
  8. For me, yes. I burp if I've eating just a little too much or if I haven't eaten enough. Really weird.
  9. I don't quite get the symptoms you have described but carbs do make me gain weight. So I limit them in my diet but do eat them from time to time.
  10. That is a huge success. Congratulations.
  11. Congratulations on being banded. Take care.
  12. Ooooo, now I see what you are saying. I'm sure a small unfill wouldn't hurt. If you don't like it, you could always get it back. You have to make that decision. Maybe .1 or .2 ccs won't hurt to be taken out. Good luck and congratulations.
  13. By the way, I'm still eating as if I'm trying to lose. Every now and again, I may stray away from the norm of having "healthy" foods. But again, that is not an everyday thing. I have also noticed since it is colder, my band is tighter and my appetite has changed drastically. I am barely eating. I just don't have an appetite. Again, not complaining.
  14. I met my goal in July 2012. Had a small fill in August and have been coasting ever since. I have actually lost 10 or 11 pounds since August but not complaining. My doctor actually wants me to be 134 but I just made it to 141 as of this morning. "My goal" was 150 so I guess it really depends on you. I do not plan on getting an unfill. I am loving my restriction. Good luck on your decision.
  15. Congratulations!!!!
  16. Wow!!! Congratulations! I like how you kept your weight chart. Nice.
  17. Simply beautiful. You look like a different person. Congratulations!!
