I've been so stressed out since last night worrying about my friends and neighbors. Devastation all around. Struggling with eating today bc my band is so tight. Might need a small unfill.
I had a lot of friends and co-workers who lost everything but are safe. Not everyone was so fortunate. I've been through a tornado before so it's just brought up all of those memories. Just sad. I'm just going to focus on helping out and gathering items to donate.
