congrats !!! i was banded march 30,2012 lost 85 pounds still losing the band has been a blessing i hoping to lose 50 more pounds but im very happy for the success i have with the band best of luck

im sorry that youre going through this and you havent had a chance to enjoy the band and the results it has to offer but when the doctor doesnt want to give me any pain meds for a procedure thats is behond me i hope everything turns out well best of luck

mine too was really bad when i had my pain it was so bad it woke me up outta my sleep my parents rushed me to the er they said it was my gallstones so my galbladder had to come out but for years had the same pain and all that pain and money need i add its was my freaking hernia now all better thanks to my lil friend called lap band

for sure im getting odd looks cause my eating is so small i take enough for three ppl which my hubby likes cause he eats off my plate and our daughter and he has lunch to take for the next day so i try to eat with someone i can share my food with but the looks gotta go and the questions that go with it its like is that all you gonna eat are you sure that all you want to eat blah blah and blah or my fav u should eat more good grief smile is all i can do

im confused is it true do we have to replace

there could be lots of explainations of why youre band is like that better for your doc to do an x ray r u having any pain cause if its bothering u that much i would make an earlier appt it shouldnt be sticking out but it could be severly swollen dont worrie keep me updated i hope everything goes well

thanks but im not angry or at ur post my fear was when we all first get our band all the emotions fears concerns pain and that might of just been me but i didnt want anyone to fear it or be confused by it living with the band is not easy when youre mind and body is changing along with it so dont mind if i do shake on it and see you around on the forum best of luck

may i ask did u discuss this with ur doc and did u have a hernia repair

true but i never wrote for it to be deleted or disregarded for that matter the issue still stands if i was about to get the band and a patient told me one of youre band struggles will be youre are going ro throw up constantly and never eat a hot meal ect... i would turn around and run educated or not those are for ppl to ask if there suitation is the same but like ive said feel free to repost

you wrote down youre experiences and for people who have just had the band or are thinking about getting the band i thought it would be confusing for them since those r ur experiences and not everyone is the same but if you want to repost and tell them what you wrote i have no problem with that i just wrote down my opion that also required no reply or for it to be deleted best of luck
