    Struggling

    I'm about 16 months out and having a tough time..I've gone back to hoarding food, even if I don't eat it I just want it there. Going to dunks and getting coffee rolls and donuts for Breakfast, snacking on popcorn at night. Just doing it all wrong basically, and I've gained about 9 pounds. I want to be healthy, and skinny, and I don't want to waste this opportunity. Anyone hit this bump? I just feel like a waste of space, and a disappointment and I'm getting horribly depressed again. I just need to know how to get back on track..

    Mostly what im worried about is the stalling. I wanna lose about 30 more pounds but I don't know how to say no to the foods that got me big. I weighed 298 almost a year ago (nov 7) and I now weigh 182.5. I just feel like im doing everything wrong and I feel big where other people see a smaller person.. starting weight 298, current 183, goal 150

    Had a meeting with the nutritionist today and it seems like I haven't been eating enough! We went over a meal plan and I'm feeling alot better about things. Hopefully I can get on the right path now.. goal weight 150, pre sx weight 298, current weight 192
