  1. I don't think so. I don't really think that pedophilia would classify as an orientation any more than rapist would.
  2. Please let me point out something here (and I'm not picking on you ragdollx19 - I've seen many people post the exact same thing). The term sexual preference implies that the gender to which one is attracted for sex is matter of whim. In reality, sexual orientation defines to whom one is attracted both sexually and emotionally. If you read some of my posts on other threads you will understand that I would have preferred to be heterosexual. However, my sexual orientation is in fact homosexual. My sexual preference is OFTEN!! :heh:
  3. Sorry, Wheet. I thought you were being a smart ass! I actually don't listen to much Country anymore myself. I'm on a soft rock kick lately - Staind, Nickleback, Daughtry, Stone Sour & Sheryl Crow to name a few. On another note, I GOT A DATE THIS MORNING!!! Happy happy, joy joy! May 16th!! After the insurance/Dr's office roller coaster, I'm now suddenly less than 2 weeks away!
  4. Hmm, I think Wheet was playing dumb on that one. Something that I have a feeling comes naturally to Billy Ray. I mean, just the name alone conjures up images of rubber rafts and banjo music...
  5. Hmm, maybe I should start watching "Dancing"...
  6. Wow! Finally... :heh: (Sorry, there's no smiley for "tongue planted firmly in cheek.")
  7. OMG! Even I haven't heard of that one! That definition is actually called "hiding one's candy." Read RuPaul's book, appropriately titled, Hiding My Candy. :fish: Yup. You truly do learn something new every day...
  8. You can keep the camel toe. Thanks for the visual, Wheet. :fish: Mangina, on the other hand, while a thoroughly disgusting word IMO (sounds too much like va-gina, eww), is a man's (typically Gay man's) rear orifice. Infer from this what you will, you're probably right. But just in case you don't have that kind of imagination, think butt pirate... :pirate Despite the word, I am rather fond of it...
  9. I GOT APPROVED!! WOO HOO!! I SHOULD HAVE A SURGERY DATE LATER TODAY (SHOULD BE WITHIN 2-3 WEEKS). THANKS TO ALL FOR THE PRAYERS, LIT CANDLES AND CUT-UP CHICKENS!!!:biggrin1:
  10. My daughter gets her drivers license in September. She will of course be going to the movies, the mall, etc. Where can I buy one of these for her? Seriously.
  11. Wow. Not so sure I need to be banded now. I'll just set that pic as my desktop, then I'll never eat again. Thanks Carlene!
  12. Being in Florida, I've had gator too. Not bad, just not good either. Too much like eating fried rubber. Sorta like calamari. I've also eaten squirrel (or as some here call it, tree rat - all dark meat, not bad really, better than the gator) and shark. As a general rule, I despise fish. But shark is so mild and tender I'm actually quite fond of it. :hungry: I've had buffalo and ostrich too. I can't really remember what either tasted like, but I do remember they were both good. That's the extent of my dietary oddities.
  13. Hmm, have you eaten ostrich post-band? DH and I love steak but we had some the other night and he wasn't able to handle much and I'm afraid I won't be able to either after I'm banded...
  14. Hey, hey!! Name calling! Actually, I was merely being a good Gay. Planning, dressing, decorating...you know, all those things we do so well. In all seriousness (if that's possible at this point), she had been married previously and didn't really care about all those details. I had always dreamed of a big wedding (I suppose I had to overly romanticize it to actually want to go through with it) so it was a big deal for me. So the groomzilla is just an urban myth. Sorry to disappoint you Green. Maybe you could devote your search to Bigfoot instead. He's definitely real...
  15. Apology accepted. Hugs all around? :boy_hug:
  16. Whoa, Carlene! I was the one that made the "vicious" comment, and I was referring to some posters that are making this a little too personal (not you, BTW). It's okay to disagree - it's ok to get riled up. Even though this is the R&R section and anything goes, I just don't care for personal attacks. And since this is the R&R section, it's also ok for me to point that out. BTW, none of my posts have trivialized abuse of any sort. And they never will either. One thing that I omitted from my "life story" post in another thread was the fact that I was a victim of domestic abuse (emotional and physical) at the hands of my ex-wife (yes, it happens to men too). She also physically abused our children. So no one will EVER hear me making light of abuse of any sort.
  17. Uh, I would probably describe him as a flaming HOMOsexual! Are you sure he doesn't have a boyfriend now? I can speak from some experience as I pretty much planned ex-wife's and my wedding (including her and bridesmaids' dresses!). If you don't believe me, just ask my HUSBAND! :pound:
  18. What's your damage?? This thread has NOTHING to do with pedophilia at all! It has to do with hyprocrisy. And to echo myself and many others, if you don't want to read it, DON'T!!
  19. Wow, I haven't read this thread in a day or two. Things have gotten vicious! :fencing: I think everyone needs to chill...
  20. Well, now that offends me..
  21. Quite the contrary BJ! I used to have one of my own, but she lives in Atlanta now (8 hours away). :cry DH and I have had a few prospects, but still don't have one. We have lots of Lesbian friends, but they don't count as hags. That does remind me of a couple of ex-Gay jokes though: What do you call an ex-Gay? A Yestergay! What do you call a former Lesbian? A Hasbian! :biggrin1: ROTFLMFAO!! Sorry, couldn't resist! :heh:
  22. Have you actually read the original and subsequent posts? There is certainly no one promoting this group. In fact, every post so far (mine included) have expressed some degree of shock and disgust. Besides, this is the "Rants & Raves" section. Like Lauren said, if you don't want to read it, don't.
  23. I so agree, Carlene. But the bible is so frequently twisted to marginalize anyone that doesn't conform to soceital norms that is doesn't surprise me in the least that this group is also using it to somehow justify their disturbing beliefs. I too paid a visit to this site. Lot's of very cautiously worded posts. If they were above-board, their posts would have no need to be so cryptic. My opinion is that they are as self-deluded as those "ex-gay" folks out there to whom I've referred in other posts.
  24. GASP! You...don't...like...Paula...Deen??? Blasphemy!! I thought you were a sensible woman, Lauren! As for Racheal Ray, her 15 minutes are way over. She's got what, 4 shows now, plus the Dunkin Donuts commercials, plus her face is every box of Wheat Thins in the northern hemisphere! Giada? Can anything that pretty be real? Now let's talk Barefoot Contessa. Ina Garten. Great big fag hag. Have you ever once seen a Str8 man on her show? Other than her husband, and even he's questionable IMO. Speaking of fag hags, anyone know the definition? Are you ready?? A Gay man in a fat woman's body! HAHAHA!!!
