I did hcg shots with supplements 8 years ago, lost 60 then when I stopped I gained back 70 And then 2 years ago I lost 30 with hcg homeopathic drops from www.yourhcg.com and when I stopped I gained back 40. I had energy while doing both and felt great. Was never hungry ... Realized it created a false sense because once I stopped, it was on me again. You can only do them for so long at a time. Make sure to have your hairdresser put in highlights that are very strategically placed for fullness-look trick and this will help while you go through this transition..... I went through the same thing several years ago and it was very Tramatic.... I had handfuls of hair just coming out daily and eventually it did grow back.... I am on 5,000 mg of biotin and it really helps a lot once I started taking the biotin every single day, without fail... it took a while for the biotin to work but eventually hair is all back now. Keep up the protein and get all vitamins in, I hear after this surgery, its common but come back, dont use heavy styling products to weigh it down or clog pores... And do not start minoxidil until your sure you can use it daily, hairloss from this surgery is temporary...once you start minoxidil, you cannot stop!!

So I was going thru my information I have compiled together for my future surgery in Mexico and when I came to Dr. Garcia,...... it seems there is a Dr. Fernando Garcia and then a Dr. Ismael Cabrera Garcia, ........ so then I thought, ok I need to clarify this... Can anyone clarify the two, have you used either and if so which and your experience with them please. I want to make sure I am making a decision based on the correct Garcia as I see so many posts with the name Dr. Garcia and I want to make sure I know who is who. My questions would be: 1.) Who did you book thru, cost and which Garcia? 2.) Your experience and facility and hotel used 3.) Would you recommend? Sooooo many posts lately where they just put "Dr. Garcia" and its all blending together and with so many booking companies with all the same doctors, it can get confusing whos good for the doctor but also who is a good booking company with a good reputation for doing as they say!! Thanks a ton in advance!!
